We are committed to quality service. If you are not completely satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will gladly return to address any missed areas at no additional charge.

 

Refunds are not issued once services have been completed.

 

Pre-Existing Conditions​

While we use professional-grade equipment and techniques, we cannot guarantee removal of all stains or damage caused by:

 

• Oxidation

• Rust or hard water staining

• Paint failure or clear coat damage

• Permanent etching

• Heavy moss root damage

• Pre-existing interior or exterior damage

Any areas of concern will be discussed prior to service whenever possible.

Payment​

Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Mobile Detailing

For all mobile detailing services, a water source and access to electricity must be provided on-site. This ensures we can deliver a thorough, high-quality clean safely and efficiently. We are happy to discuss options if this is not available.
